What is Pilates?
The Pilates “method” as it is known, is an exercise system that focuses on strength, flexibility and body awareness. It focuses on controlled movements that are performed on spring-resistant apparatus or on the floor.
As your Pilates instructor, I will create a workout program specific to your needs, and the long-term goals that you have.
